Do I need web hosting or WordPress?+
Yes — IM Form is a self-hosted WordPress plugin. You install it on your own WordPress site, which means you own your data and pay no per-booking fees to us. Any standard shared hosting plan (cPanel, SiteGround, Hostinger, etc.) works fine.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?+
Basic gives you unlimited forms, full CRM, calendar, lead scoring, and email notifications — everything you need to manage bookings. Pro adds payment collection (PayMongo + Stripe), all integrations (Google Sheets, Calendar, Slack, Zapier, HubSpot, Trello, Mailchimp), the visual automation builder, and lets you remove the IM Form branding.
Can I use one license on multiple websites?+
Each license covers one production domain. If you run multiple client sites or separate businesses, purchase one license per site. Contact us if you need multi-site or agency pricing.
What payment methods can my clients use?+
On Pro, you can accept GCash, Maya, and credit/debit cards via PayMongo. For international clients, Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most global cards in USD. PayMongo automatically converts your USD prices to PHP at the live exchange rate.
What happens when my license expires?+
Your booking forms stay active and keep accepting bookings. Integrations (Google Sheets, Slack, etc.) pause until you renew. All your leads and CRM data are safe — nothing is deleted. Renew anytime to restore full functionality.
What currency are prices listed in?+
All prices are in USD. If you pay via PayMongo, the amount is automatically converted to Philippine Peso at the live exchange rate at checkout. Stripe accepts USD directly. The currency shown on your site's booking form is set separately in your IM Form settings.
