Plain-language summary: We collect minimal data to provide our service. We never sell your data. Your clients’ booking data stays entirely on your WordPress site — we never receive it. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing privacy@intometrics.com.
IntoMetrics operates intometrics.com and provides the IM Form WordPress plugin and Customer Portal. For privacy questions, contact privacy@intometrics.com.
When you purchase: name, email, payment reference. When the plugin activates: license key, site domain, WordPress/PHP/plugin version (for license validation). Server logs: IP address, browser, pages visited — retained 30 days then deleted. Session cookies: one login cookie for the Customer Portal, no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your clients' booking data (names, emails, phone numbers, appointment details) — this stays exclusively in your WordPress database. Payment card numbers. Sensitive personal data.
To provide and manage your license subscription; validate the plugin license; send transactional emails (license keys, receipts); respond to support; detect fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell your data. We share only with payment processors (Wise, Stripe, PayMongo) to complete transactions, and hosting infrastructure providers bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose if required by law.
You are the data controller for your clients' booking data. You are responsible for providing a privacy notice to your clients and complying with applicable laws (GDPR, Philippine Data Privacy Act RA 10173, CCPA, etc.).
Account data: retained while active + 2 years for legal records. License logs: 12 months. Server logs: 30 days. Support correspondence: 3 years.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection rights apply. EU/EEA residents may contact their national Data Protection Authority. Philippine residents may contact the National Privacy Commission. Email privacy@intometrics.com with subject [PRIVACY REQUEST] — we respond within 30 days.
We use HTTPS/TLS, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is 100% secure. We will notify you of any breach as required by law.
Our services are not directed to children under 18. Contact us immediately if you believe we have collected data from a minor.
We will notify registered users of material changes by email and update the date above.
