By purchasing a license or using the IM Form plugin or Customer Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

IntoMetrics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, annual license to install and use IM Form on one or more WordPress sites (as specified in your plan). The plugin code is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later.

Use IM Form for lawful business purposes on sites you own or manage. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the plugin outside GPL permissions.

Licenses are annual and non-auto-renewing. We will email you before expiry. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change for future renewals with 30 days notice.

You own all booking data collected through your IM Form installation. It is stored on your server. We do not access it. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws.

IM Form connects to third-party services (Stripe, PayMongo, Mailchimp, etc.) only when you explicitly configure them. Use of those services is governed by their own terms.

IM Form is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the plugin.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in Philippine courts, or by agreement, through online mediation.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
