When you purchase IM Form, we collect your name, email, and payment details to process the transaction. When you activate a license, we store your WordPress domain to verify license validity. We never collect your clients' data — all booking data stays on your server.

Your email delivers your license key, receipts, and product updates. Your domain validates license activation. We do not sell, share, or rent your information to third parties.

Data is stored on our license server. Payment processing is handled by PayMongo or Stripe — we never store card numbers. License data is retained for your subscription duration plus one year.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact privacy@intometrics.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in to your customer portal. No advertising or tracking cookies.
